John A. Delaney Student Union
The John A. Delaney Student Union (Building 58) is an award-winning, environmentally-sound facility and hub of student activity. Wednesdays are Market Days, when the plaza is filled with vendors and all kinds of booths.

📚 Campus Bookstore
Our two-story bookstore located in the West Wing is full of Osprey swag and the textbooks you’ll need for class. When the tour is over, you are more than welcome to go in and look around.
🍔 The Boathouse
The Boathouse is a full-service sports bar and grill that served as a sort of student union before there was one on campus. Some evenings, they offer events such as trivia.
🍽️ Food Court
The Student Union features a food court with Einstein Bagels, Panda Express and Qdoba.
🏳️🌈 LGBTQ Center
We are one of the few campuses in Florida with a center like this. We believe every student should feel welcomed and supported, and this office has won several awards.
📜 Student Government
Student Government's motto is “students serving students,” and they gain leadership experience while working to enhance the quality of student life by allocating the $5.2 million dollars generated by student fees. Students can either be elected or appointed to over 70 positions spanning the Office of Elections or Executive, Judicial, and Legislative Branches. Student Government also oversees the Osprey Involvement Center and Lend-a-Wing pantry.
🏛️ Fraternity and Sorority Life
Greek life here is known for helping students hone their leadership skills and civic engagement. UNF has 28 chapters and all four councils.
📻 Spinnaker Media
Spinnaker Media consists of a monthly magazine, a TV station and a radio station (95.5), which you can hear playing now! The Spinnaker has won the Pacemaker Award, which is basically the Pulitzer Prize for college journalism. Hundreds of students work for Spinnaker each semester.
🎉 Osprey Life & Productions
Osprey Life & Productions is a great opportunity to gain experience if you’re interested in event planning. Run by students. They put on events like concerts, comedy shows, and weekly movie screenings where they provide pizza, popcorn, and drinks.
🍌 The Market
The Market in the Student Union includes Starbucks and grab-and-go options for Osprey's on the move!
🥫 Lend-A-Wing Pantry
Lend-A-Wing Pantry provides food and hygienic supplies anonymously and at no cost to students. Staffed by UNF students for UNF students. UNF’s very own Ogier Gardens also provides fresh fruits and vegetables.
Lend-A-Fit also supplies clothes for students.
