Humanities houses some of UCSC’s most celebrated and innovative departments and programs, including Feminist Studies, Critical Race & Ethnic Studies, Literature and Linguistics. Our largest lecture hall on campus is 473 seats, but only 15% of our classes have more than 100 students. UC Santa Cruz is committed to interdisciplinary study. Students on this campus have the opportunity to study collaboratively on research projects in partnership with students and faculty across different divisions.

PARKING INFORMATION
Visitors to UCSC may purchase a daily permit at the Main Entrance Kiosk (M-7) or the TAPS Sales Office (L-7). They may also utilize ParkMobile in designated hourly/daily parking spaces. The closest parking lots to this location are East Field House (103A), Stevenson College (109), and East Remote (104).

This intimate liberal arts experience is by design and part of our campus culture. We offer more than 70 majors in four different divisions; Arts, Humanities, Physical & Biological Sciences, and Social Sciences, and one professional school, the Jack Baskin School of Engineering.
