Mead Hall
Mead is the oldest residence hall on Pitzer's campus, complete with beautiful murals from over the years. Unlike the other residence halls, Mead has suites of 8 people (instead of the typical four), with rooms also sharing a large common area. Given the suite-style living, Mead is reserved for juniors and seniors.

🏚️ Upperclassmen Housing
Housing in Mead is set up differently than PAS or WES, where suites have a maximum of four students. At Mead, many suites have room for eight students, four in two doubles and four in singles with a shared common room and two bathrooms! This suite-style living is ideal for juniors and seniors who want to live with a lot of friends, and have a private common space.
📓 Study Spaces
Pitzer is adorned with study spaces that can suit any student's ideal learning environment. Students used to studying in bustling environments can do their work at the Pit Stop Cafe, on the Mounds, or at the Grove House. Students that prefer quiet spaces can work at the Mead Library, or in any of the study rooms dotted across PAS and WES. Students can also take the short walk to the Claremont Colleges Library, which has a variety of different study spaces.
